Homemade Peanut Butter
Who’s ready for some life-changing peanut butter??
We all know Peanut Butter is made from blended up peanuts, but who’s actually tried it? Because it’s seriously hard to go back to store-bought after making this absolutely divine Homemade Peanut Butter! It’s SO easy, and 100% customizable. You can make it a little more salty, a little more sweet, and your level of preferred chunkiness.
This is kind of stuff that makes you roll your eyes into the back of your head when you eat it- which is one of my favorite things about making this from scratch - it’s always so much better tasting and you know exactly what’s going into it. No preservatives and mystery ingredients.

Homemade Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 3 cups Peanuts (you can decide on which ones you like to use- I used roasted Sea Salt)
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- salt, to taste (start out with 1/2 tsp)
- honey, to taste (start out with 1 Tbsp)
Instructions
- Place the Peanuts and oil into your blender on medium speed. Blend for five seconds, then wipe it down. Repeat three or four more times.
- Change the speed to medium high, and let it blend for a couple more 2-30 second increments, wiping down and mixing between each one until your preferred smoothness.
- Add the salt and honey to taste. I recommend transferring to a jar as soon as you're done blending it- it will be slightly hot and therefore will come out easier. After transferring to a jar, refrigerate. Should be good for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
